EduPrep is designed for students, including minors. Accounts for underage students must be created and managed by a parent or guardian, who accepts this policy on their behalf.
We collect the minimum information necessary from minors to provide the educational service and we never sell or share their data for advertising. Guardians may request to review, correct, or delete a minor's information at any time by writing to us at hi@eduvian.ai.
We process student data in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation in Costa Rica.

We apply industry-standard measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
