In action

An engine that learns from every student.

Diagnostic, study plan, and explanation — one platform, adapting to every test.

Why EduPrep

It's not practicing more. It's knowing what to practice.

Most methods repeat the same thing for everyone. EduPrep finds what each student struggles with and focuses there — with explanations that teach the why, not memorization.

01 · Knows where each student stands.

A diagnostic that gives a clear sense of what they've mastered and what they haven't — no grade and no studying beforehand. A personalized plan from week one.

02 · Reinforces what costs most.

The plan covers the full syllabus — nothing left out — but practices the fragile topics more often. And it adjusts as the student advances.

03 · Explains the why, not just the right answer.

When an answer is wrong, a clear explanation teaches you to think — not what to mark, but why. Real learning, not memorizing for the exam.

Who it's for

Three views, one platform.

01 · For parents or tutors

A clear summary, no jargon: what's going well, what's hard, and how much they practiced each week. To support the learning without having to become an expert in every subject.

  • Weekly report by email. Arrives on its own, in plain language. No confusing tables.
  • Parents support, the tool guides the prep. Organizes the plan, tracks progress, and makes studying easier.

02 · For students

Practice that doesn't bore or scare. They see their own progress, understand their mistakes, and know what to do tomorrow without guessing.

  • Short sessions, at their pace. 15–20 minutes. Works on a phone, tablet, or computer.
  • See progress, topic by topic. After every practice they see their score and progress — no punishments, with explanations to understand what failed.

03 · For schools and teachers

A view of the whole group: how each student is doing, mastered and in-progress topics, and who needs a nudge.

  • Dashboard by group and test type. Progress by topic and by student, with strengths and gaps.
  • Implementation support. Onboarding aligned to the local curriculum.
Frequently asked questions

What you want to know, straight up.

What is EduPrep?

An AI-powered prep platform for standardized tests. It detects what each student masters and where they struggle, builds a personalized study plan that covers the full official syllabus — but reinforces fragile topics more — and explains every answer to understand, not memorize. Built in the US, available today in Costa Rica for the MEP 6th-grade National Test.

How does it work?

In three steps. First, a brief diagnostic gives a clear picture of where the student is firm and where they're not — no grade and no studying beforehand. With that, the engine builds a personalized plan from week one: it includes the full syllabus but practices what's harder more often. As the student advances, the plan rewrites itself.

Which tests does it cover today?

Today, the MEP 6th-grade National Test in Costa Rica. We'll soon add Bachillerato and Public University Admissions, and we're exploring new tests and countries.

Does it replace school or a teacher?

No. EduPrep supplements what the student already does in class and prepares them specifically for the test format. Many students do well in school yet arrive at the exam unsure, because practicing for a standardized test is different from studying for day-to-day classes. That's exactly what we train for.

What role does AI play? Are there tutors?

The support comes from an adaptive engine, not human tutors or chat messaging. That engine classifies every topic based on how the student is doing, prioritizes what costs them, and rewrites the plan as they advance. It's education technology working in the background so each person practices what they really need.

How is it different from a workbook or a tutoring academy?

A workbook and a group class treat everyone the same. EduPrep builds a different plan for each student based on what they already know and what's missing, and the explanations respond to the actual mistake, not a generic answer key. Plus, students practice from their own mobile device or computer, at their own pace, without schedules or groups.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. It works on a phone, tablet, or computer, and is designed for mid-range devices. Practices are short — 15 to 20 minutes — and adapt to each student's pace, so you can practice any time of day.

What happens to the student's data?

We collect only what's needed to prepare the student and deliver clear reports to those who support and teach. The data is used to personalize practice and measure progress, nothing else.

Who's behind EduPrep?

EduPrep is education technology built in the United States and Canada, now serving students in Costa Rica. We combine an adaptive engine with content built on the official framework of each test, so prep is rigorous and aligned with what's actually evaluated.

How much does it cost?

Each test has its own plan. You can see prices and start directly on your test's page. If you're in Costa Rica, see the details on the 6th-grade National Test page.
